GREAT shop! I used a guide, Nic, to go after some Yellowstone CT for the CT slam and had one on the line in about 5 min and it didn't let up at all during the trip! Nic was AWESOME and the folks in the shop were awesome! Fantastic day on the water and great selection/customer service.

Highly recommend North Fork Anglers! My dad purchased a fly rod there for a trip to Wyoming, and unfortunately the rod had a defect. North Fork Anglers handled the situation, no questions asked. They immediately sent him a brand new rod and even provided additional equipment to use during his trip. Their professionalism, generosity, and outstanding customer service truly went above and beyond. Thanks to them, his trout fishing trip in Wyoming was unforgettable. We can’t recommend this shop enough!

On 1 July 2024, North Fork Anglers put together a full-day trout fishing float of the upper portion of the North Fork, Shoshone River for Gary Yates and me. The trip was well-organized in every detail. Our guide Mike safely and expertly put us in the right place on the river all day, including a close-up view of a moose and her calf. With the river beginning to clear up from the snow run-off, Mike patiently schooled us on the indicator nymphing techniques needed to catch fish. We managed to catch many rainbows, cutthroats, and hybrids throughout the day, some reaching 18 inches in length. Our fishing trip delivered great value throughout and will be remembered for a long time. Buddy Swingle

My two boys (15 and 12) and I decided to take a last minute trip to Cody to try fly fishing. We had never done it before but it was something that I have always wanted to try. The crew at North Fork was able to find some time to take the 3 of us out with less than a weeks notice. Brad was our guide, and he was awesome. He was patient with us newbies, took the time to explain stuff too us and shared a ton of information. We had some challenging wind that was compounded by our lack of experience, but Brad continued to coach us and help us improve. From start to finish dealing with North Fork Anglers was an exceptional experience, if you are considering going fishing with them it is well worth it. If you are new and looking to learn about fly fishing don't go to youtube or other videos get out there with them and they will teach you in the most beautiful environment. You will come away with the knowledge of years and years of experience from your guide and the whole crew.
